We loved the convenience of having a sofa bed in our room, especially since our son got to enjoy his favorite shows on Netflix. the peacefulness of the area was a definite highlight, and we appreciated how well the bungalow insulated noise, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.
The lack of live TV, which was particularly disappointing on New Year's Eve. It would have been nice to have some milk readily available for the tea and coffee provided as well.

I absolutely adored the charming decor at The Kilsyth. The hotel's general areas were tastefully decorated with beautiful colors and cozy furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the bungalow to be excellent. The hallways were wide enough for easy maneuvering, and there were no stairs to climb, ensuring a comfortable stay for anyone with mobility issues.
I would have appreciated a greater variety of TV channels, especially during New Year's Eve. It would have been lovely to have some live TV shows to enjoy.
